Since its founding in 2023, Ducting WA has been a local, family-owned business. It’s no secret that our founder and director staunchly believes that our family values encourage our team to better serve and support our clients. This is not in the least because we prioritise honesty and integrity in all work that we do, regardless of our clients' size, budget or technical complexity.
We consider ourselves fortunate that so many of our clients have chosen to work with us precisely because we’re family-owned and run. From day one, we’ve strived in all that we do to make our clients feel that our team will always go the extra mile for them.
For our clients, this means they know they can trust our principles: from not compromising on material quality in our fabrications, to tailoring our ducting solutions to each site, or patiently walking our clients through our service, going above and beyond is what we do for family and clients alike.
Going Beyond HVAC: Peace Of Mind & Community SafetyWhen Ducting WA was founded, our management team knew they had the experience and the technical skills needed to make a positive difference to HVAC providers, business owners, and tradespeople across WA. This difference was our willingness and ability to support HVAC mechanical contractors to better service their customers with exceptional-quality and long-lasting ducting solutions. Ducting is heavily focused on compliance and safety regulations: it can be a cause of constant stress and friction for HVAC professionals to wait for approvals, certifications, and manage multiple tradespeople and contractors, just for a site or project to fall through. After thirty years in the trades industry, we know how stressful it can be to deal with this, plus ducting compliance and subcontractors, on top of managing retentions, risk mitigation, and project profitability. In our own way, we believe we can support HVAC professionals to not only complete their projects successfully, but provide peace of mind, too. Our management team couples this duty with our responsibility to our community - as ducting professionals - to keep our spaces breathing clean and safe air long into the future. We take this responsibility extremely seriously: it’s one of the reasons we focus on precision in all that we do, and only work with high-quality goods and trusted tradespeople.
